_{None of the artworks are allowed to be utilized for NFT's.}

_{Expanding the scope at any point will cost additional fees.}

Payment Details:

_{Up front Payment must be started prior to beginning a project. (Does not have to be the whole cost, 50% upfront is standard) The full cost must be paid after the sketching phase is completed.}

Ownership Information:

_{The client cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit off the artwork without my permission.}

_{Commercial work requires a contract being set in place and is subject to additional terms.}

_{Exclusivity will alter the cost. (Full rights to the artwork)}
